At Brain to Body Revolution, we are committed to delivering high-value, transformative programs and services. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our offerings.

By purchasing or enrolling in our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Nature of Our Programs

Our services include:

  • Online & offline programs
  • Mind Gym sessions
  • Workshops & masterclasses
  • Coaching sessions
  • Digital courses
  • Community memberships
  • Special transformation tracks

Many of our offerings involve immediate access to digital materials, live sessions, and intellectual property, which cannot be “returned” once delivered.

2. General Refund Policy

All payments made to Brain to Body Revolution are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Enrollment confirms your commitment to the program structure and schedule.

3. Management Discretion Clause

Any exception to the above policy shall be:

  • Reviewed strictly under management discretion
  • Evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Subject to internal review and approval

Brain to Body Revolution reserves the sole and absolute right to approve or decline any refund request.

Management decisions shall be final and binding.

4. Digital Products & Recorded Content

Due to the nature of digital access:

  • No refunds will be provided once access is granted
  • Downloadable materials, recordings, and frameworks are non-returnable
  • Partial usage does not qualify for partial refunds

5. Missed Sessions

  • Missed live sessions are not eligible for refunds
  • Access to recordings (if provided) will be considered fulfillment of service
  • Rescheduling of 1:1 sessions may be allowed with prior notice (minimum 24 hours)

6. Instalment Payments

If a participant opts for instalment payments:

  • Remaining instalments remain payable as per agreed schedule
  • Discontinuation mid-program does not cancel financial commitment
  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access

7. Event Cancellation by Us

In rare cases where Brain to Body Revolution cancels a program or session:

  • Participants may receive rescheduling options
  • Or credit toward another program
  • Or refund at management’s discretion

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Internet outages
  • Government restrictions
  • Illness
  • Technical failures

In such cases, rescheduling or credit may be offered.

9. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund review, you must:

  • Mention your full name, program enrolled, payment date, and reason
  • Allow up to 7–14 working days for review

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

10. Commitment & Responsibility

Our programs are transformational in nature and require:

  • Personal accountability
  • Active participation

Refunds will not be granted due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of time
  • Personal schedule conflicts
  • Incomplete participation
  • Subjective dissatisfaction without material breach of service
